Where we ship
We ship to all addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international delivery, contact us for a quote.
How long it takes

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. For freight deliveries, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window; someone must be present to sign. Freight is delivered to the curb or driveway — not inside the home or backyard.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping in the contiguous US on orders over $500.
- Orders under $500: a flat $29 shipping fee for parcel items.
- Exact costs are confirmed with your order before payment.
Damage in transit
Please inspect boxes on delivery. If anything is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and email photos to info@apeforgood.org within 7 days. We’ll replace damaged parts at no cost.
Installation
Professional installation is available across Massachusetts and New England. Ask us for a quote when you order.
