These Terms of Use govern your use of apeforgood.org, operated by Ape For Good LLC, 33 Loring Dr., Framingham, MA 01701, USA. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Information on the Site
Product illustrations, the builder and the planner are visual and planning aids. Dimensions they show are approximate. Use-zone calculations are guidance based on published recommendations and must be checked against the product instructions and applicable standards before installation. Always follow the printed instructions that come with the product.
2. Safety
Climbing equipment must be installed and used as described in the instructions, with adult supervision. You are responsible for checking that walls, ceilings and ground are suitable.
3. Intellectual property
All content, including illustrations, the mascot “Hazel”, text and the APEFORGOOD name and logo, belongs to Ape For Good LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
4. User submissions
If you send us photos or content, you confirm you have the right to do so (including parental consent for any child shown) and grant us a license to use them as agreed in writing.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ape For Good LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under the Terms of Sale and warranty.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
